To be reviewed by all wrestlers and parents prior to registering. You will need to click a check-box during on-line registration acknowledging this policy has been reviewed. This policy will be strictly adhered to throughout the season by all wrestlers, parents, coaches, and spectators.
Parent Code of Conduct updated November, 2015
To be reviewed by parents and followed by all PTWC families. This policy will be strictly enforced and maintained throughout the season. Please contact the Club President for clarification.
MUST be filled out and signed by the child's medical doctor if they develop a skin infection (ringwork, impetigo, MRSA, etc.) A return-to-wrestling date must be stated. A copy must be submitted to the Team Coach so it can be presented to a referee at a match or tournament. It is recommended the parent/wrestler also carry a copy. NO AFFLICTED WRESTLER WILL BE PERMITTED TO ENTER PRACTICE, MATCH OR TOURNAMENT WITHOUT THIS FORM.
How To Know If Your Child Has A Skin Infection
Please do not take offense if a coach or other parent brings to your attention a questionable spot on your child. Please review page 14 of the Youth Wrestling Guide for basic information regarding fungal and skin infections. For further information and to verify an incidence, please speak with your child's medical doctor.
